This is a total transformation of your room(s) or home.  The first step is scheduling an initial consultation, which will help us to determine the scope of your project, get to know you and your needs/wants better, and find out more about your style. We ask lots of questions, give you lots of input, and help you with budgeting for the project.  We will then go back to the office and come up with a fee for the design of your space, which will be based off complexity and estimated hours we think it will take to complete Phase I.

The next step of full service design is for us to develop a concept, style and schematic plan for each space, insuring that time for selections will be well utilized.  Once this is complete, preliminary selections are started and a meeting is scheduled for us to sit down and show you our initial thoughts, samples, furniture pieces, floor plans etc.

Full service interior design includes all of the following:

  • Full assessment of your home or space, including measurement of rooms, furniture, and photo/video documentation

Building or renovating a home, can be a very busy time.  No matter how great your builder and their team may be, when it comes to making all of the decisions on lighting, paint colors, fixtures and interior/exterior finishes, it can be a daunting task.  Lauren works closely with you and your builder to help in the selection process of all exterior and interior selections.  Her NCIDQ certification is prevalent in each decision, taking in mind safety, functionality and aesthetics throughout your home, while her attention to scale and eye for color will guarantee a beautiful end-result.

Every selection for the home is carefully selected and specified through on-site meetings, constant communication with your builder, and visits to local showrooms with you or alone, to pull samples and items to present to you. If you currently don't live in the Charleston area, and are building a home, we are there for those important walk throughs and meetings with your builder, even when you can't be there. We work as your very own liaison, making sure those important questions are asked, photo and video documentation is made and full reports are sent back to you after every meeting and walk through.
